Agreement of these terms is equivalent to a digital signature on a contract. Cancellation of an order is not permitted after the order is not permitted after the order is processed. If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund minus the convenience charge which is never refundable. Purchasers may not exchange tickets purchased for another event listed on producer's website without written consent. Regardless of situations such as inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at the venue, family emergencies and medical emergencies, a refund will not be issued. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by a third party promoter that is not listed among deliverables included in the ticket description on the official event website, is not guaranteed by event producer and is not grounds for a refund. Ticket Delivery & Willcall Upon order completion a detailed receipt and electronic tickets will emailed to customer. Tickets may be presented upon entry at event (printed or via mobile device). Tickets may be picked on the day of the event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID. All Willcall tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund. Convenience Fees In most situations, a Convenience fee is always added to the price of the ticket. We make every effort to keep this Convenience charge as low as possible.This fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, Ticket Socket, phone fees and more. Sometimes the Convenience fees charged are directed to us such as a venue facility fees or parking fees, etc. Convenience fees are non-refundable and will be added to your order for each ticket and will appear as one charge on your credit card statement. Itemized charges and the order total is shown at checkout. By agreeing to these terms you signify that you have understood and agree to this Convenience fee. Customers may ask to be enrolled in the text message alert program or you may be opted in with the purchase of a ticket to an Event Production Companies' event. Event Production Companies will enroll you in SMS texting services, and you will have an opportunity to confirm or decline the service via a reply to an initial text message you receive. Event Production Companies also offer one-time text messages. You will not be enrolled in any recurring text message program or text message "mailing list".
